Agreement to Terms
By requesting or receiving services from JS Cleaning Texas, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex as described on our website. Exact scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on home size, condition, and service type.
Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time, whether by being present, providing a door code, or arranging a lockbox or key. Repeated inability to access the property may result in a rescheduling or cancellation fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to compensate the assigned cleaning team for reserved time.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a completed cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the specific concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the completed scope of the original service.
Liability
Our teams are insured for the services we provide. Please disclose any fragile, high-value, or irreplaceable items in advance so our team can take appropriate care or exclude those items from the service scope.
