What's included
Cabinet and closet interiors, appliance interiors, baseboards, window sills, full bathroom sanitation, and wall-to-wall floor cleaning — the previous owner or tenant's residue cleared before it's your daily environment.
Coordinating with closing dates
For home purchases, we can typically schedule between closing and your move-in date. For rentals, coordinate with your leasing office on key or code access if you're not present for the cleaning.
