How our teams handle pet hair, litter areas, and nervous animals during a visit.
Pet hair gets its own pass
Standard vacuuming doesn't always lift embedded pet hair from upholstery and carpet edges — our teams use pet-hair-rated vacuum attachments as part of every visit in homes with dogs or cats on file.
Litter boxes and pet areas
We'll clean around litter boxes and pet feeding areas, but scooping litter itself is typically outside standard scope unless specifically requested — let us know your preference when booking.
Keeping nervous pets comfortable
For anxious pets, we recommend crating or a closed-off room during the visit, or letting us know so the team can work around them calmly. Most pets settle within the first few minutes once they realize the team isn't a threat.
